Here is a summary of the officer's meeting held at Lou King's house on Monday June 18th:

FOAM currently has 67 paid members

Treasury is currently 2,069.67 after the chili cookoff expenses were paid for. Expenses were offset by winning first place (although the trophy went to someone else.)

FOAM will be hosting a Beer Reception after the Comedy Show at the Maryland Ensemble Theatre on July 21st. So far it looks as though I can be there, Mike Lamb also said he could attend, but we should look for more FOAM members to participate as well.

The FOAM meeting scheduled for July 9th is cancelled, because we usually use the FOAM pool party as the July meeting. The FOAM pool party will be at Travelin' Dave's on July 14th. Bring a side dish, and of course, beer. Calvin will look into getting paper plates etc. for the party.

We need to confirm the FOAM meeting (August 9th) at Wild Goose Brewery. We will also hold the FOAM Cup competition (Wheat beer) there.

Thanks to Sarah for hosting the FOAMSTOCK campout on her property. The plan is to have it on September 22.

Happy Hour will be held on the 3rd Thursday in July at G. Hunter's on alt route 40/ Mt Phillip Rd.. They have draft beer from Brewer's Alley.

Edgar will be moving to North Carolina soon, and we will need to find a new FOAM President.

Next FOAM officer's meeting will be held Tuesday, July 17th at Dave Justice's house.
