Bert's Big Bad Blackberry Brew

Brewed on 1993-09-13. Strained out berries and racked to secondary fermenter on 1993-09-18. Primed with 3/4 c. dextrose on 1993-10-03. F.G.: 1.0050

Makes: 5 gallons

Ingredients:
3.50 lbs. amber malt extract
2.00 oz. Willamette
1 pkg. yeast (ale)
4 c. corn sugar
20 oz. blackberries (frozen)

Method:
Berries added after boil and allowed to steep for a while
