Bahamian Style Ginger Beer I came up with this when I first got my kegs and CO2 equipment. It worked well for me. You probably want to keep the stuff cool or cold and use it up fairly soon -- if you were to get any yeast contamination into the bottles, you could have some explosions. Makes: ?
